Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

Overview

Reardon Stodolka LLP (“Reardon Stodolka,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a California personal injury law firm. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through reardonstodolka.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

Contacting us through the Site does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential details about your case until we have spoken with you.

Information we collect

Case review form

When you request a free case review, we collect your name, your phone number and the message you write about what happened. Your message may include information about an accident or your injuries.

Chat widget

When you use the chat on the Site, we collect the type of accident you select, your name and your phone number. Submitting your phone number in the chat prompts us to call you at that number, usually right away, to discuss your case.

Phone calls and emails

When you call or email us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your contact details and information about your inquiry or potential case.

Information collected automatically

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the Site is used. It records page views and general technical information, such as the page that referred you, your browser, operating system and device type, and your approximate location (country). Vercel Web Analytics is designed to work without cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider also processes your IP address to deliver pages to you, and the Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.

We do not use advertising pixels or third-party advertising cookies on the Site.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry, including by calling or texting you;
  • Evaluate your potential case and check for conflicts of interest;
  • Operate, secure and improve the Site; and
  • Comply with our legal and professional obligations.

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number through the case review form or the chat, you agree that Reardon Stodolka LLP may call and text you at that number about your inquiry and your case. Consent is not a condition of hiring us.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@reardonstodolka.com or 657.522.7122.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share personal information only as needed to run the Site and respond to you:

  • With service providers that host the Site, process form and chat submissions, place calls and texts, deliver email and provide analytics, under terms that limit how they can use the information;
  • When required by law, court order or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, the firm or others; and
  • As part of a merger, reorganization or transfer of the firm’s practice, subject to our professional obligations.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), may give you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it);
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only to respond to you and evaluate your case); and
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email info@reardonstodolka.com or call 657.522.7122. We will need to verify your identity before we act on a request, and you may use an authorized agent. Some information may be exempt from deletion, for example where we must keep it to meet legal or professional obligations.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including responding to your inquiry, evaluating your case and checking for conflicts of interest, and as long as required to meet our legal and professional obligations. If you become a client, your file is kept as described in your engagement agreement.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If a parent or guardian contacts us about a child’s injury, we use that information only to respond and to evaluate the case.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
